1. Return Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions below and applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return due to a change of mind, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase or order details may be required.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact MIIM SHOP within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After verification, MIIM SHOP will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund, in accordance with applicable law. For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, MIIM SHOP will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

4. Change of Mind

If you request a return because you changed your mind, selected the wrong item, or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, provided the item meets the return conditions above.

Original delivery charges, if any, may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed using an available refund method, subject to the original payment method and applicable law.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be asked to provide suitable bank account details or another agreed refund method. We will never ask for your password or banking security codes.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will discuss an appropriate alternative or refund where applicable.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, worn, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a change-of-mind return, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights.

To request a return, exchange, or refund, contact MIIM SHOP through the contact details listed on our website. Please include your order number, the reason for your request, and supporting photos or videos when relevant.

9. International Orders

For deliveries outside the United Arab Emirates, return shipping arrangements, costs, customs duties, and other applicable charges will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable laws.
