At MIIM SHOP, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and convenient delivery experience for all our customers.

1. Delivery Locations

We accept orders from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and selected international destinations worldwide, subject to delivery availability.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after the order details have been confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, destination, and courier requirements.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the destination, courier service, and product availability. Estimated delivery times will be communicated where possible. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, public holidays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend on the delivery destination, order, and applicable courier charges. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and delivery locations. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details and be available to receive and pay for their orders upon delivery.

6. International Orders

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable charges may apply. Customers are responsible for these charges where required by law.

7. Delivery Address and Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and other required information. Additional charges or delays may occur if delivery details are incorrect or incomplete.
